Biography
Amy was Co-Founder and COO of Redbird, an award winning Los Angeles-based content development, media, and marketing agency she co-ran for over twenty years. Clients included the Bill + Melinda Gates Foundation, Kaiser Permanente, Southern California Edison (SCE), Banner Health, Costco, J.P. Morgan, and many more.
Before this, Amy was a senior executive at American Express, overseeing sales and acquisitions, database marketing, and developing multi-million dollar cross-media partnerships for the publishing division, resulting in significant new revenue streams. She also pioneered a firstof-its-kind custom content division. Throughout her career, Amy has forged relationships with journalists/writers, designers, entrepreneurs, investors, and influential voices throughout the media and in financial, sustainability, wellness, and social-good communities.
Colleagues and clients often refer to Amy as “the rudder” - the driver of operations, budgets, and deadlines and a problem solver overseeing client satisfaction and key vendor and client relationships.
